For more than five years, I have been part of the team at Boost Baseball, where my role has evolved from Graphic Designer to Digital Experience Manager. Throughout this journey, I have helped shape the organisation's visual identity, digital presence and customer experience, supporting both the business and its growing community of athletes.

I initially joined the organisation to create promotional materials for baseball camps, private coaching sessions and training programmes led by two former Major League Baseball players. As the business expanded, so did my responsibilities, taking on the development of a cohesive brand identity and establishing a comprehensive set of branding guidelines that continue to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

A key part of my role has been building and maintaining Boost Baseball's digital presence. I have designed and managed creative content for Facebook and Instagram, producing campaign graphics, animations, promotional videos, event posters, outdoor banners and seasonal marketing materials. Each season, I also create team posters for every youth age group, developing dynamic compositions that celebrate the players while reinforcing the club's visual identity.

Photography and digital image editing have also played an important role in my work. From professional photo retouching to creating detailed composite artwork, I have developed imagery that captures the energy, ambition and competitive spirit of the organisation while highlighting its distinctive colours, branding and culture.

Beyond visual design, my role has grown into overseeing the overall digital customer experience. I led the redesign of the Boost Baseball website, improving both its visual presentation and usability, while streamlining the booking journey through CRM platforms including Wix and Mindbody. This work extended beyond design, requiring a deep understanding of user experience and operational workflows.

Today, I continue to support the organisation by ensuring that every interaction with the brand is simple, intuitive and consistent — from browsing coaching programmes and selecting instructors to booking sessions, managing schedules and arriving fully prepared for training. This combination of design, digital strategy and customer experience has allowed me to contribute not only to the brand's visual identity but also to the efficiency and growth of the business.
